Warranty regulations
Thank you for choosing the "UWA" brand injection molding machine product. The warranty for the injection molding machine is as follows:
1、 The one-year warranty for the entire machine refers to the free warranty provided by us for any problems caused by the manufacturing quality of the machine within one year from the date of issuance by our company (according to the provisions of Article 3 and Article 4 for spare parts).
2、 The prerequisite for the warranty period of the product (machine) is that the customer is responsible for any damage caused by improper use under standard usage conditions.
3、 Regulations and Explanation on the Warranty Period of Main Machine Parts
1. Computer and LCD screen: warranty period of 12 months;
2. Contactors and heating relays: warranty period of 6 months;
3. Heating coil: warranty period of 6 months;
4. Directional valve and oil seal: warranty period of 12 months;
5. Oil pump: warranty period of 18 months;
6. Template and tie rod: warranty period of 24 months;
7. Servo motor and driver: warranty period of 18 months;
8. The warranty period for other unspecified spare parts is 12 months.
When one of the following situations occurs, it shall not be considered as the warranty period:
a) Obvious human damage;
b) Damage to the template and pull rod due to the use of molds that are not parallel or unauthorized removal of pull rod nuts;
c) If the area where the mold matches the template plane is smaller than the specified size or if the use of compression bolts is not standardized, resulting in damage to the template;
d) Damaging hydraulic components by using inferior hydraulic oil or hydraulic oil that does not meet the specified requirements;
e) Abnormal oil seal damage caused by high oil temperature; (The normal oil temperature should be maintained between 40-55 degrees Celsius);
f) Not using the specified grade of lubricating oil and adding lubricating oil or maintaining the machine according to the prescribed requirements during use;
g) Damage to electrical components due to grid voltage not meeting national standards.
4、 Warranty period regulations and instructions for the selection of machine (material) cylinder screw components and plastic raw materials
1. Non engineering plastics, non engineering plastic returns (pure returns without other components), PP, PE, etc.: The warranty period for nitriding machine (material) barrel screws is 6 months, and the warranty period for bimetallic machine (material) simple screws is 12 months;
2. Engineering plastics (pure recycled materials without other components), ABS, PC, PA, PMMA, etc.: The warranty period for nitriding machine (material) screw is 6 months, and the warranty period for bimetallic machine (material) barrel screw is 12 months;
3. Engineering plastics (pure recycled materials without other components), PBT, PPS, etc.: The warranty period for nitriding machine (material) barrel screws is 4 months, and the warranty period for bimetallic machine (material) simple screws is 6 months;
4. Plastic contains 15-30% fiberglass and less than 30% calcium carbonate: the warranty period for nitriding machine (material) simple screws is 3 months, and the warranty period for bimetallic machine (material) simple screws is 6 months;
5. Adding corrosive additives such as flame retardants to plastics, POM or other corrosive materials such as PVC: the warranty period for nitriding machine (material) barrel screws is 3 months, and the warranty period for bimetallic machine (material) barrel screws is 6 months:
When one of the following situations occurs, it shall not be considered as the warranty period:
a) If the heating temperature of the barrel device does not reach the set forming temperature state during operation, resulting in screw damage or product screw damage due to metal impurities in the raw materials:
b) Failure to continuously use (shutdown due to reasons) or failure to clean materials in a timely manner resulting in screw corrosion:
c) The type of screw selected when ordering the machine does not match the specificity of the plastic material used.
5、 Machines that exceed the warranty period will be charged a reasonable cost of parts and labor for replacement parts.
6、 UWA Company implements lifelong maintenance for the sold machines.
